When and how long will my order arrive?

Affected by Covid-19, there might be some delay in the delivery.

Process Time: Normally, once you’ve placed your order, the hair set will process 7-10 working days before being shipped out. 

For the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, we offer 2 shipping options:

• Standard Delivery – FREE – The order will be delivered in 7 to 15 business days after processing time.
• Express Delivery   $15 – The order will be delivered in 3-7  business days after processing time.

If you want to change or cancel your order, please check that the order has been processed. Once the goods leave our warehouse, they cannot be canceled or changed.

Tracking is not available for orders in processing status

Tracking takes up to 48 hours to update after the order is shipped

What if the package arrives damaged or defective?

When you receive your items, please check your package and items carefully. If problems arise, the following steps are recommended:

(1) Take photographs that clearly reflect damage or defects.

(2) Then please email us wigcase@gmail.com Attach photos immediately.

(3) We will contact you and try our best to find the best solution.

(4) Please note that do not discard the packing box or packing material, otherwise, your return request will not be accepted.
